Black Desert Online getting into the Halloween spirit next week

October 12, 2017 by Andrew Newton

Black Desert Online will be able to start getting in the Halloween mood next week as Kakao Games and Pearl Abyss announce the start of their new Halloween event.  Titled Halloween in Wonderland, this event is an Alice in Wonderland themed adventure that has players setting out on a quest for the White Witch.  Check out the new trailer below…

As of next week the sky over Black Desert will be illuminated by a blood red moon and the misty town streets will be lit up by dozens of jack-o’-lanterns as players encounter the White Witch Gerrdia at Alejandro Farm.  The White Witch will then give players a new quest to hunt down and defeat the Black Witch Izabella who plots to terrorise the Black Desert.  To help in this quest players will be awarded special items that will only last for this specific occasion.

The World of Black Desert will be given a special Halloween makeover with central hubs like Velia, Heidel, Valencia and Calpheon gaining an appropriate spooky atmosphere and props like the Mad Hatter’s famed tea party furniture.

Specially for this year’s Halloween event players will have access to themed fashion items including the Angelic Queen and Demonic Queen outfits and a Skeletal Horse Set that can be used on horses.  The popular Halloween pets Neurotic Cabby and Witch Hat Charlotte will also make a return.
