Brit Morgan to play Livewire in Supergirl

Variety is reporting that Brit Morgan (True Blood) has signed on to play the DC Comics villain Leslie Willis – a.k.a. Livewire – in the upcoming CBS series Supergirl.

According to the site, ” Morgan’s Leslie is a confident, abrasive and funny shock-jock who works for CatCo Media, the conglomerate owned by Cat Grant (Calista Flockhart). When an accident makes her as dangerous and shocking as her words, Supergirl (Melissa Benoist) must stop her.”

Supergirl is set to premiere on October 26th.
