Outright Games and Aardman have announced the release of Chicken Run: Eggstraction, their brand-new stealth action-adventure game that continues from their 2023 hit film Chicken Run: Dawn of the Nugget. This new chapter invites fans along for a new adventure in saving chickens from the villainous nugget industry. Watch the new launch trailer below…
Chickens are under threat from the villainy of the evil nugget industry, and it’s up to players to lead a daring troop of fan-favourite Chicken Run characters, including Frizzle, Molly, and Fowler, into five fortified farms and liberate the captive chickens held inside. Each fortified farm contains an assortment of security measures, such as security cameras or hawkeyed humans, that players will need to bypass to rescue their fellow chickens.
Players will be able to equip their chicks with unique leadership abilities and special skills, kit them out with camouflage and lead them through the high-security locations of Chump Factory and the maze-filled Peckingham Manor using teamwork and stealth.
Players can join forces with a friend in two-player local co-op and work together to eggsplore a variety of locations, and save chicken-kind from the machinations of the ever-watchful Nugget Industry.
This adventure is brought to life by a huge amount of British talent, including Jane Horrocks, Bella Ramsey, Josie Sedgwick-Davies, Amelia Dimoldenberg, Romesh Ranganathan, and many more.
Chicken Run: Eggstraction is available now for Nintendo Switch, PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X|S, and PC via Steam and the Microsoft Store.
