Co-op arcade racer Trailblazers heading to PS4 and Switch this September

July 8, 2018 by Andrew Newton

Rising Star Games and developer Supergonk will be bringing their co-op arcade racing game Trailblazers to the Playstation 4 and Nintendo Switch this September.  The game will be available as a physical copy for both systems and also on the Nintendo eShop.  The game will feature extra content including a brand new racer (Boo’s Dad) and increased single player content.  Watch the launch trailer below for a glimpse of the fast paced action…

Trailblazers will put players on the starting grid in this innovative fast paced racer where drivers can paint a track to create boosting lanes for their teams.  Each player in a team will fill a particular role with its own style of driving and a vast fleet of futuristic cars will ensure there is a vehicle for everyone.

The game features:

  • An innovative Paint and Boost Racing where racers paint the track to create custom speed boosting lanes.
  • Scenic tracks take drivers through mountain ranges, lush forests and arid desert valleys.
  • Each driver plays a vital role with each having a specific style of driving.
  • A showroom of the galaxy’s fastest race cars to choose from, each with customised stats to fit every play style and track type.
  • Enjoy a retro futuristic soundtrack featuring artists like; Skope, Derevolutions, A.Skillz and more.
  • Artwork designed by BAFTA award winning artist Will Milton.
  • Campaign Mode: Multiplayer thrills and single-player challenges
  • Multiplayer Mayhem: Players can experience the blistering high-speed action with up to six players online, or locally via split-screen for up to four local players with additional online or
  • CPU controlled challengers.
  • Cross platform play: Team-up or face-off across the platform divide!

Trailblazers is a fresh new co-operative racing title with an innovative on-track game mechanic: paint the track, boost on your colour and work as a team to win!

Trailblazers will be available as a physical copy for the PS4 and Switch this September, the game is already available digitally on PS4, Xbox One and Steam.
