Crime thriller Night Call gets a trailer, poster and images

December 18, 2024 by Amie Cranswick

Ahead of its release this January, a trailer, poster and images have arrived online for director Michiel Blanchart’s French crime thriller Night Call.

Starring Jonathan Feltre and Romain Duris, the film centres on Mady, a young locksmith who receives an emergency call one evening from a woman who claims to be locked out of her home, but when the caller bolts from the property with a bag, Mady discovers the house belonged to a mobster who will stop at nothing to retrieve his stolen goods.  Watch the trailer below…

One evening, Mady –a young student by day, locksmith by night– receives an emergency call from Claire to open a lock. But the door the young woman wants to open isn’t hers, and the bag she runs away with isn’t hers either. It belongs to Yannick, a vicious mobster who blames Mady and will stop at nothing to retrieve his stolen goods. Mady has only one night to prove his innocence and save his neck. What started out as an ordinary night shift turns into a brutal descent into violence. NIGHT CALL is a no-holds-barred crime thriller that ambitiously combines genres, from film noir to action-packed survival.

Night Call arrives in cinemas on January 17th, followed by a VOD release on January 26th.
