Darksiders II Deathinitive Edition arrives on Switch this September

Darksiders II Deathinitive Edition is already available on Xbox One, Playstation 4 and PC but today, THQ has announced that it will release on the Nintendo Switch on 26th September.  This will be a great opportunity for Switch owners to experience the story of the Horseman.  A new announcement trailer is available to watch below…

Darksiders II Deathinitive Edition sees players take the role of Death, the second Horseman of the Apocalypse, who has been awakened by the End of Days.  It will be up to Death to set out on a quest to save the Earth and redeem his brother’s name.

The Switch edition of Darksiders II Deathinitive Edition will feature:

  • Become the most feared of the legendary Four Horsemen, take his powers and battle forces beyond Heaven and Hell.
  • Epic Universe delivered in the unique style of Joe Mad.
  • Customise your experience with varied armor sets, weapons and Skill Trees.
  • A vast open world with dozens of side quests and the ability to customise Death with a full leveling system, Skill Trees and endless equipment combinations.
  • Death is a nimble and agile character capable of allowing the player to explore the world like never before.
  • All DLC included offering a total playtime of more than 30 hours.
  • Reworked and tuned game balancing and loot distribution.
  • Improved Graphic Render Engine for higher visual quality.
  • Improved and reworked level, character and environment graphics.

Darksiders II Deathinitive Edition will release on the Nintendo Switch on 26th September.
