Dead Teenagers find themselves trapped a slasher movie in trailer for meta horror

July 31, 2024 by Amie Cranswick

A poster and trailer have arrived online for Dead Teenagers, the final chapter in writer-director Quinn Armstrong’s ‘Fresh Hell’ horror trilogy following The Exorcism of Saint Patrick and Wolves Against the World.

The film follows a group of teenagers as they stalked by a masked murderer in the woods, but when the killer dies the friends find that they have to take control of their own narrative in order to leave the script of the film they are trapped in. Watch the trailer below…

A masked killer, a cabin in the woods, a group of teens: the basic ingredients of a very old story. But what happens when the story is interrupted? What happens if it keeps going? What do these horror movie archetypes do when they’re thrown into new and unfamiliar situations? Five teenagers are stalked by a killer in the woods. But when the killer accidentally dies, the kids discover they cannot leave until they’ve fulfilled the script of the movie they’re trapped in. They must decide who among them lives and dies.

The cast includes Jordan Myers, Maya Jeyam, Tony White, Mary Charles Miller, Angel Ray, Chris Hahn, and Beau Roberts.

Dead Teenagers arrives On Demand on September 10th.
