Details revealed for Mecha Break Season 2: Echoes of the Void

November 21, 2025 by Andrew Newton

Amazing Seasun Games has announced that Season 2 of their sci-fi action shooter, Mecha Break, will launch on 21st November on Steam for Windows PC and Xbox Series S|X. Season 2: Echoes of the Void brings a wealth of new content, including new Strikers, pilots and seasonal weapons. Watch the trailers below to see more of this new content.

Season 2: Echoes of the Void brings two very different new Strikers: MIKILLJA and NORNE. MIKILLJA is a heavy tank-like beast of a mech that is ideal for breaking enemy lines, while NORNE uses a bow-style weapon that offers great opportunities for ranged combat.

MIKILLJA is fast and powerful and can shift into a hovering chariot that can move at high speed across certain terrains. This speed, combined with formidable armour, makes it capable of smashing through enemy defences and seizing objectives head-on. This ramming capability can also be used to devastate opponents.

NORNE is a lightweight sniper Striker that has been designed for precision and devastating long-range attacks. Equipped with a longbow-style electromagnetic accelerator that fires rocket-propelled projectiles. Using an adaptable arsenal of specialised warheads, NORNE can fire powerful shots such as the heavy kinetic penetrators capable of shredding through Strikers and armoured targets.

The INFERNO X-2 features an intense red and black design that is only available in store for a limited time. However, players can obtain its pilot, Sailaja, a cyborg who underwent extensive biochemical modifications and lost most of her memories. This addition brings a compelling new character to the game.

Other additions are the arrival of TRICERA CUSTOM, a Striker with enhanced armour and greater size than its standard model. It is piloted by Charles Bell, a battle-hardened veteran who is out for revenge against the invaders. This is available to unlock with Mission Tokens.

There is also the arrival of new weapon skins, allowing players to customise their loadouts, and a new Season 2 Outfit Set – Passionate Dancer, inspired by an evening dress style.

Finally, the Exo-Hunter, an insect-inspired combat suit, will be available in the Store for a limited time.

Jump into Season 2: Echoes of the Void now.
