Devolver Digital reveals Gato Roboto for the Nintendo Switch and PC

September 1, 2018 by Andrew Newton

Devolver Digital and developer Doinksoft have revealed Gato Roboto, which they have described as being a ‘CatMechtroidvania’.  A reveal trailer has been released showing black and white gameplay with a retro aesthetic.  You can watch this teaser below…

The trailer shows our hero cat climb into a mech suit and in true Metroid fashion travel through a series of tunnels and levels shooting a variety of enemies.

Other than what can be seen in the trailer there is no other info about the game, but when the cat looks so cute do we really need any more info?

Gato Roboto will be arriving on the Nintendo Switch and PC in 2019 but if you are attending PAX then the game can be viewed in the Devolver Digital Booth.

Look out for more news arriving soon for Gato Roboto.
