Disney+ shares first look at Welcome to Chippendales starring Kumail Nanjiani

Disney+ has released a first look at Welcome to Chippendales, the upcoming true crime drama series which tells the story of Somen “Steve” Banerjee (Kumail Nanjiani), an Indian entrepreneur  who became the unlikely founder of the male-stripping empire the Chippendales; take a look here…

 

A sprawling true-crime saga, “Welcome to Chippendales” tells the outrageous story of Somen “Steve” Banerjee, an Indian immigrant who became the unlikely founder of the world’s greatest male-stripping empire—and let nothing stand in his way in the process.

Joining Kumail Nanjiani in the cast of Welcome to Chippendales are Murray Bartlett, Juliette Lewis, Annaleigh Ashford, Quentin Plair, and Robin de Jesús.
