Well GO USA has released a trailer, poster and images for directors Ka-Wai Kam and Donnie Yen’s upcoming action fantasy Sakra.
Based on Louis Cha’s classic wuxia novel Demi-Gods and Semi-Devils, the film stars Yen as Qiao Feng, a respected martial artist who goes in search of answers of his mysterious origins after he is wrongfully accused of murder and exiled. Watch the trailer below…
SAKRA stars Donnie Yen as Qiao Feng, the respected leader of a roving band of martial artists. After he is wrongfully accused of murder and subsequently exiled, Qiao Feng goes on the run in search of answers about his own mysterious origin story—and the unknown enemies working to destroy him from the shadows.
Sakra stars Donnie Yen, Chen Yuqi, Cya Liu, Wai Ying Hung, Wu Yue, Cheung Siu Fai, Wong Kwan Hing, Du Yuming, Lui Leung Wai, and Tsui Siu Ming.
Sakra arrives in cinemas on April 14th, followed by a digital release on April 18th.
