Fifth War Stories campaign now available for World of Tanks

Wargaming have announced that ‘Runaway Tiger’, the latest War Stories campaign is now available for World of Tanks on the Xbox family of systems, Playstation 4 and the PS4 Pro.  This all new campaign takes players to North Africa for an alternate version of the Battle of El Alamein.  Check out the trailer below for a look at this new War Story…

The ‘Runaway Tiger’ sees the allies gain access to a German production facility where a top secret version of the Tiger (Panzer VI).  French resistance fighter Marianne Durieux has been tasked with the mission to secure this prototype Tiger tank and deliver it to the allies.  Players will need to fight their way through other prototype Tiger tanks as they attempt to escape to the city of El Alamein.

This latest campaign includes new music composed by legendary gaming composer Inon Zur famed for his work with Fallout 3, Fallout 4, Dragon Age: Origins, Dragon Age 2 and Crysis.

War Stories is back with a gripping tale of the female fronted French Resistance. Marianne Durieux finds herself behind enemy lines to slip the Tiger through German hands.

Players are able to tackle this brand new campaign now on Xbox and Playstation consoles.
