First look at Oscar Isaac in Guillermo del Toro’s Frankenstein

Netflix has shared an image from writer-director Guillermo del Toro’s upcoming adaptation of Mary Shelley’s classic gothic horror novel Frankenstein, offering a first look at Oscar Isaac as the scientist Victor Frankenstein, as well as a tease of his Monster; take a look here…

Oscar-winning director Guillermo del Toro adapts Mary Shelley’s classic tale of Victor Frankenstein, a brilliant but egotistical scientist who brings a creature to life in a monstrous experiment that ultimately leads to the undoing of both the creator and his tragic creation.

Joining Oscar Isaac in the cast of Guillermo del Toro’s Frankenstein are Mia Goth, Jacob Elordi, Christoph Waltz, Felix Kammerer, Lars Mikkelsen, David Bradley, and Christian Convery. The film is scheduled to release on Netflix in November 2025.
