Entertainment Weekly has revealed the first poster for the fifth season of Marvel’s Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. which teases that the series is going cosmic. This probably won’t be too surprising to those who caught the season four finale, which – SPOILERS – saw the team kidnapped by persons unknown, with Coulson then waking up in space. Agents of S.W.O.R.D., perhaps?

As revealed on the poster, Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. will return this winter following Inhumans‘ run on ABC, although we’re yet to get a specific premiere date. We will of course keep you posted.
