Prime Video and MGM+ have shared a first teaser poster for Spider-Noir, the upcoming live-action adaptation of Marvel’s Spider-Man Noir comic book, which sees Nicolas Cage bringing life to the character he previously voiced in Sony’s hit animated film Spider-Man: Into the Spider-Verse.
Created by showrunners Oren Uziel (22 Jump Street) and Steve Lightfoot (The Punisher) alongside Spider-Man: Into the Spider-Verse’s Phil Lord, Christopher Miller and Amy Pascal, the series will be available to stream both in colour and noir-appropriate black and white, as reflected by the teaser poster variations…
Spider-Noir tells the story of Ben Reilly (Nicolas Cage), an aging and down on his luck private investigator in 1930s New York, who is forced to grapple with his past life as the city’s one and only superhero.
Spider-Noir sees Nicolas Cage joined in the cast by Lamorne Morris, Li Jun Li, Karen Rodriguez, Abraham Popoola, Jack Huston, Lukas Haas, Cameron Britton, Cary Christopher, Michael Kostroff, Scott MacArthur, Joe Massingill, Whitney Rice, Amanda Schull, Andrew Caldwell, Amy Aquino, Andrew Robinson, and Kai Caster.
Spider-Noir will premiere in 2026 airing on MGM+ in the US and on Prime Video internationally.
