True Blood season 7 premieres on HBO on June 22nd, with a cast that includes Anna Paquin, Ryan Kwanten, Alexander Skarsgard, Nelsan Ellis, Rutina Wesley, Deborah Ann Woll, Stephen Moyer, Joe Manganiello and Sam Trammell.
