Frank Miller working on new Sin City yarn

October 13, 2015 by Gary Collinson

Originally published October 13, 2015. Updated March 1, 2020.

Not only is Frank Miller returning to Batman for the upcoming Dark Knight III: The Master Race [check out a preview here], but the acclaimed comic book creator has revealed at the New York Comic Con that he’s currently working on a new Sin City yarn.

“I’m in the studio drawing every day now,” said Miller (via Comic Book). “There are just reams of paper all over, so many drawings, many of which won’t ever see the light of day, stuff that you really might not anticipate. It’s really quite amazing. My next book is set, I’m working on it now, in fact. It’s a Sin City, a love story set against the backdrop of World War II.”

Miller’s last Sin City tale, Hell and Back, was published between 1999 and 2000.
