Frozen short to be shown in front of Cinderella

December 4, 2014 by Alfie Nobes

The upcoming and highly anticipated Frozen Fever has been given an official release date of March 13, 2015. The short is set to appear in theatres before the live action adaptation of Cinderella and will feature a brand new song from Oscar winners Robert Lopez and Kristen Anderson-Lopez.

It seems the Chris Buck and Jennifer Lee directed short will make for a slightly more light-hearted return to world of  Anna, Elsa and Kristoff, revolving around plans for Anna’s birthday celebration.  However Elsa’s icy powers a set to put the party planning at risk.

If a short film just doesn’t cut it for you, you can rest easy as a full length sequel has been well and truly confirmed by Frozen star Idina Menzel. You can find out exactly what Menzel hinted at here.
