Netflix has released a featurette for the eagerly-anticipated Addams Family spinoff series Wednesday which sees stars Jenna Ortega, Joy Sunday, Catherine Zeta-Jones, and executive producers Tim Burton, Alfred Gough and Miles Millar giving us an inside look at the character of Ortega’s Wednesday Addams; watch it below…

The series is a sleuthing, supernaturally infused mystery charting Wednesday Addams’ years as a student at Nevermore Academy. Wednesday’s attempts to master her emerging psychic ability, thwart a monstrous killing spree that has terrorized the local town, and solve the supernatural mystery that embroiled her parents 25 years ago — all while navigating her new and very tangled relationships at Nevermore.

Wednesday stars Jenna Ortega as Wednesday, Catherine Zeta-Jones as Morticia, Luis Guzmán as Gomez, and Isaac Ordonez as Pugsley, alongside a cast that also includes Gwendoline Christie, Hunter Doohan, Percy Hynes White, Joy Sunday, Emma Myers, Riki Lindhome, Jamie McShane, Georgie Farmer, Naomi Ogawa, and Moosa Mostafa.

Wednesday is coming soon to Netflix.
