Godzilla Battle Line gets a trailer and screenshots

April 17, 2021 by Andrew Newton

TOHO Games has released a couple of new screenshots and a trailer for their upcoming mobile game Godzilla Battle Line.  Godzilla Battle Line is one of three Godzilla games to be released by TOHO Games this year and these are currently available for pre-registration now on iOS and Android.  You can see the new assets below…

In Godzilla Battle Line players build up their own teams of monsters and compete against other players from around the world in exciting 3 minute long, action packed battles. All the monsters from Godzilla’s 65 year long history will be available in the game, including Biollante, Mechagodzilla, Minilla, Mothra, Rodan, Gigan, Hedorah, Spacegodzilla, King Ghidorah and, of course, Godzilla himself.

Players will need to plan their battle strategy before sending the monster into battle.  Each monster will think and act on its own, up to the point it gets closer to the enemy and then the epic battle starts.

More monsters can be discovered by winning battles which will reward players with maps of Monster Island.  These maps will allow access to these new areas and should a player find a monster they already have it can be used to help upgrade it.

Godzilla Battle Line will release in some countries this April and be available worldwide in May.  The game will be free to download but have optional in-app purchases available.
