Grant introduced in new trailer for Overkill’s The Walking Dead

May 10, 2018 by Andrew Newton

The latest trailer for the upcoming four player co-op action FPS Overkill’s The Walking Dead introduces the third playable character, Grant.  You can meet Grant in the trailer below and hear his story.

Grant is an older chap who spent his days before the apocalypse enjoying his family, particularly his granddaughter.  During the trailer we get to share his story of his granddaughter while he takes refuge in a crashed car with a jawless Walker.  The key thing we learn about Grant (other than the fact he uses a sniper rifle) is that his motivation for survival is to find his cherished grandaughter.

We have now been introduced to three of the four playable characters in Overkill’s The Walking Dead; Aidan looks to be a melee fighter with his baseball bat, Maya appears to be some sort of medic and now Grant with his marksmanship.  All that awaits us now is the forth character to be revealed.  Share your thoughts of what specialty this character may have in the comments below.

Meet Grant, our third playable character from OVERKILL’s The Walking Dead – the upcoming game from OVERKILL and Starbreeze Studios together with Skybound. OVERKILL’s The Walking Dead is a four player co-op action FPS, where you and your friends fight the dead as well as the living. Set in The Walking Dead Universe, you and your group tries to survive in a post-apocalyptic Washington D.C.

Overkill’s The Walking Dead is set to be released on Xbox One, Playstation 4 and PC this autumn.
