Grease: Rise of the Pink Ladies series gets a first trailer

January 9, 2023 by Amie Cranswick

Act cool, look cool, be cool. Til’ death do us part, think Pink!

Paramount+ has released the first trailer for Grease: Rise of the Pink Ladies, the upcoming spinoff series which tells the story of the rise of the original iconic girl gang from the classic 1978 musical Grease. Check out the trailer below, along with a new poster…

“The musical series takes place four years before the original “Grease”; in 1954 before rock ‘n’ roll ruled, before the T-Birds were the coolest in the school, four fed-up, outcasts dare to have fun on their own terms, sparking a moral panic that will change Rydell High forever.”

Grease: Rise of the Pink Ladies stars Marisa Davila as Jane, Ari Notartomaso as Cynthia, Cheyenne Isabel Wells as Olivia, Tricia Fukuhara as Nancy, Madison Thompson as Susan, Shanel Bailey as Hazel, Johnathan Nieves as Richie, Jason Schmidt as Buddy, Maxwell Whittington-Cooper as Wally and Jackie Hoffman as Assistant Principal McGee.

Grease: Rise of the Pink Ladies premieres on Paramount+ on April 7th.
