Hotel horror comes to Steam this September with Concierge

August 6, 2025 by Andrew Newton

KODINO Artes and publisher Digital Tribe Games have revealed that their cryptic, psychological horror Concierge will launch on Steam 17th September. To mark this occasion, an original new gameplay trailer has just been released (see below), providing a peek through the hotel’s doors at the arcane settings and twisted mechanics.

Concierge is a blend of psychological horror and melancholic surrealism that takes players on a disorienting journey into an uncanny hotel and the six abstruse realities that dwell within, each governed by its own unsettling tone, mechanics, and opportunities for madness.

Inspired by the likes of Who’s Lila?, Yume Nikki, and Iron Lung, Concierge equips players with a dying camcorder and sends them into the hotel, where they must navigate around a variety of broken timelines, meet strange and often elusive guests, and solve an assortment of puzzles that defy classification.

Featuring:

  • Six Rooms, Six Guests, Six Realities – each requiring players to relearn how to perceive and play.
  • An ancient camcorder that reveals new secrets wherever it is pointed.
  • Multiple paths to follow with everything being optional.
  • Each room is filled with symbols, contradictions, hidden meanings and more.
  • No tutorials, instead follow intuition and be rewarded for being curious about everything.

Concierge arrives on Steam on 17th September.
