The Wrap is reporting that Hugh Jackman could be set to take an Odyssey, with the actor in early talks to star as Odysseus in Lionsgate’s upcoming adaptation of the Homer epic.
According to a spokesperson for Jackman, “this is a conversation at this point. Very early stages and nothing is confirmed.”
The Odyssey is slated to go into production next year, and will reunite The Hunger Games: Mockingjay director Francis Lawrence with screenwriter Peter Craig.
