Ian Somerhalder stars in trailer for Netflix vampire series V-Wars

November 20, 2019 by Amie Cranswick

With a little over two weeks to go until V-Wars arrives on Netflix, the streaming service has debuted the first trailer for the upcoming vampire horror series which stars The Vampire Diaries’ Ian Somerhalder as a doctor desperately searching for answers behind the deadly disease which is transforming humans – including his best friend (Adrian Holmes) – into murderous predators; check it out here…

Dr. Luther Swann (Ian Somerhalder) enters a world of untold horror when a mysterious disease transforms his best friend, Michael Fayne (Adrian Holmes), into a murderous predator who feeds on other humans. As the disease spreads and more people are transformed, society fractures into opposing camps pitting normal people against the growing number of these “vampires.” Swann races against time to understand what’s happening, while Fayne rises to become the powerful underground leader of the vampires.

V-Wars arrives on Netflix on December 5th.
