IFC Films shares trailer for Armand starring Renate Reinsve

IFC Films has shared a trailer for writer-director Halfdan Ullmann Tøndel’s Norwegian thriller Armand.

Renate Reinsve stars as Elizabeth, a mother and defamed actress who is called into her son’s school for a meeting regarding an incident between teh boy and his best friend, trigging a series of events forcing the parents and staff into a captivating battle while trying to uncover the truth.

Along with Renate Reinsve, the film stars Ellen Dorrit Petersen, Thea Lambrechts Vaulen, Endre Hellestveit, Øystein Røger, and Vera Veljovic. Watch the trailer below…

When defamed actress Elisabeth (Renate Reinsve) is abruptly called into a parent-teacher meeting after hours, she is presented with scathing allegations that trigger a tangled web of accusations between parents and faculty. As Elisabeth struggles to uncover the truth amid the empty school rooms and dark corridors, a chaotic fight for redemption arises where desire, madness and obsession prevail.
