J.K. Rowling teases Fantastic Beasts and Where to Find Them 2 script

February 28, 2017 by Samuel Brace

Author J.K. Rowling is teasing fans about the Fantastic Beasts and Where to Find Them sequel by sharing an image of the script.

The Harry Potter creator is surely very pleased at how well fans took to the Eddie Redmayne-headlined spin off which landed last year, a film set decades before the first Potter movie in the United States.

The first film of a five movie series grossed an impressive £811 million at the international box office, proving the huge desire fans still have for Rowling’s wizarding world. And Rowling has now taken to Twitter to tease said fans with an image of the sequel’s screenplay:

The second film in the series is set to pick up events a few years after the first movie with the location  moving from the States to Europe. Exact details on the film’s plot are of course closely guarded, and with no books for fans to rely on, the world will have to wait to see where the series takes us next.

Fantastic Beasts and Where to Find Them 2 is set for release on November 16th 2018.
