James Ransone to play the adult Eddie in It: Chapter Two

With filming on It: Chapter Two gearing up to begin in Toronto this summer, director Andy Muschietti continues to assemble the adult versions of The Loser’s Club for the follow-up to last year’s smash hit Stephen King adaptation.

It has already been revealed that Jessica Chastain (Molly’s Game), James McAvoy (X-Men: Dark Phoenix) and Bill Hader (Barry) are being lined up as Beverly Marsh, Bill Denbrough and Richie Tozier, and now comes word that James Ransone (Tangerine) will be playing the adult Eddie Kasprak. Ransone revealed the news himself via Twitter…

It: Chapter Two will see Bill Skarsgard reprising his role as Pennywise the Dancing Clown, while Jaeden Lieberher, Jeremy Ray Taylor, Sophia Lillis, Finn Wolfhard, Wyatt Oleff and Chosen Jacobs are also expected to reprise their roles from the first movie in flashback sequences.

It: Chapter Two will be released September 6th, 2019.
