Titan Comics have announced that they are resurrecting a true comic icon as Joe Simon and Jack Kirby’s legendary Fighting American returns for an all-new series!
First published in May 1954 and originally written and drawn by two of the greatest names in the history of comics, Joe Simon and Jack Kirby, Fighting American was the embodiment of the homegrown, god-fearing, patriotic, apple pie-eating American superhero.
The new series will be written by Gordon Rennie (2000AD, Starship Troopers) with artwork by Duke Mighten (Judge Dredd), and picks up immediately after Simon and Kirby’s legendary 1954 series. More details will be announced soon.
