Judi Dench the latest name linked to Star Wars: Episode VII

January 21, 2014 by admin

Since the announcement that Disney was developing a new Star Wars trilogy, there hasn’t been a week in which a casting rumour has appeared online.

Well this week is no different, and the latest name linked to Star Wars: Episode VII is national treasure and recent Oscar nominee Judi Dench (Skyfall, Philomena), with the Full of Sith podcast claiming she’s set to play Mon Mothma, one of few females in the Star Wars universe and leader of the Rebel Alliance.
