At today’s Nintendo Direct showcase, Koei Tecmo announced their first two titles for the upcoming Nintendo Switch 2. Those looking to enjoy a bit of Japanese historical simulation will be able to purchase Nobunaga’s Ambition: Awakening Complete Edition on 5th June (Switch 2’s launch date), and the exciting looking Wild Hearts S will arrive on 25th July. In Kou Shibusawa’s historical simulation, Nobunaga’s Ambition: Awakening Complete Edition, players will use military might and political cunning in an attempt to accomplish Nobunaga Oda’s unified Japan ambition. By devising war strategies and appropriate use of diplomacy, players will be able to increase their territory and power. Players will be able to join with allies to take up arms against enemies, appoint officers to influence political and economic strategies and experience life as the most famous daimyo in Japan’s Warring States Period.
Nobunaga’s Ambition: Awakening Complete Edition will also be available for the Playstation 5. The game will feature DLC from the original title as well as six new scenarios along with climactic Decisive Battles.
With Wild Hearts S, players will use ancient technology to hunt down huge beasts in a feudal Japan-inspired world. Players can choose to hunt solo or join up to three friends in seamless co-op and take on fearsome creatures infused with the power of nature itself. In this huge, wild world, players will be able to craft items, prepare for the hunt and take down these massive monsters in epic confrontations.
Wild Hearts S will arrive on the Nintendo Switch 2 on 25th July.
