Lady Gaga is set to reunite with American Horror Story co-creator Ryan Murphy on the third season of American Crime Story, with US Weekly reporting that the pop star is set to play Donatella Versace in Versace/Cunanan: American Crime Story.
The third season of the anthology series will deal with the murder of fashion designer Gianni Versace by serial Killer Andrew Cunanan in July 1997 and is based on Maureen Orth’s book Vulgar Favors: Andrew Cunanan, Gianni Versace, and the Largest Failed Manhunt in U.S. History.
The second season of American Crime Story is yet to go into production, but will explroe the aftermath of Hurricane Katrina, and is expected to air in 2017.
