Lee Majors to play Ash’s dad in Ash vs. Evil Dead

February 11, 2016 by Gary Collinson

The Six Million Dollar Man is joining the cast of Ash vs. Evil Dead, with Starz announcing that Lee Majors has signed on to portray Ash’s (Bruce Campbell) father in the second season of the Evil Dead TV series.

Meanwhile, having appeared in all three Evil Dead movies, Sam Raimi’s brother Ted Raimi has nabbed a series regular role, where he’ll play Ash’s childhood best friend Chet Kaminski.

Season two of Ash vs. Evil Dead is set to arrive on Starz in the fall.
