Liam Neeson is the latest star to join the cast of Ted 2. Director of the film Seth MacFarlane poster on his Twitter “Yesterday Liam Neeson, today Morgan Freeman. Not a bad week for #Ted2”. This is the first indication that Liam Neeson is involved with the project, but news that Morgan Freeman joined the cast was revealed a few weeks back.
Liam Neeson had previously worked with Seth MacFarlane on his comedy western A Million Ways to Die in the West. Just going on what MacFarlane said in the tweet we can assume that Neeson only has a small role which may only be a cameo. It appears he may have only shot one day on the film but could easily have shot a few scenes previously before this tweet.
The film is due for release in July 2015 and stars Mark Wahlberg, Seth MacFarlane, Amanda Seyfried and Morgan Freeman.
