Marvel to launch Star Wars: Visions anthology series starting with Peach Momoko

August 20, 2023 by Gary Collinson

Inspired by the Disney+ animated anthology series, Marvel has announced that it is launching a brand new series of one-shot comics under the Star Wars: Visions banner, which – in the same spirit as the show – will see some of the comic industry’s most inventive talents putting their own spin on the Star Wars mythos.

The series will begin in November with the release of Star Wars: Visions – Peach Momoko #1, as the superstar creator follows up her recent story in Star Wars: Darth Vader – Black, White & Red #1 with a fully-fledged and twisted tale about embracing the power of the dark side.

Centuries after the death of a great Sith Lord, a cult has grown around him and are worshipping the dark side. Ankok believes she is the successor to the Legacy of the Sith with her dark side powers! But is she truly in tune with the Force? Or is she just exploiting the people in her village? Kako and Gel are about to come face-to-face with the truth…even if it kills them!

Take a look at the cover artwork to Star Wars: Visions – Peach Momoko #1, below, along with Momoko’s original design sheets for her cast of characters…
