MegaHouse unveils Godzilla Minus One collectible figure

December 20, 2024 by Amie Cranswick

Sideshow has released promotional images for MegaHouse’s Godzilla collectible figure from Toho and director Takashi Yamazaki’s  acclaimed box office hit Godzilla Minus One. It is available to pre-order now, priced at $405; take a look here…

SEE ALSO: Godzilla Minus One and the Essential Toho Godzilla Movies

From the 2023 film Godzilla Minus One, the fearsome Godzilla (2023) that terrorized post-war Japan joins the UA Monsters lineup! This figure faithfully captures the distinctive style of Godzilla (2023) as seen in the movie. His uniquely shaped dorsal fins are precisely sculpted from the base to the sharp tips, while the surface of the body vividly recreates the monstrous layers of his skin, reflecting the terrifying cycle of destruction and regeneration. The figure’s coloring replicates the dusty, battle-worn appearance from the dramatic Ginza attack scene. Godzilla is captured in a dynamic forward-leaning pose, as if preparing to unleash a ferocious roar or his devastating atomic breath.

The figure features a switch on the base with two settings: the first settings activates Godzilla’s iconic roar and the terrifying sound of stomping as he ravages the Ginza streets, while the second setting recreates the destructive atomic breath sequence with synchronized LED lighting and sound effects unique to the UA Monsters series. The light starts at the tip of Godzilla’s tail and flows through his dorsal fins to his neck, intensifying in speed and brightness, mirroring the countdown to devastation seen in the film.

This premium figure, with its extraordinary sculpting and exclusive LED light and sound effects, is a must-have for any Godzilla fan. Experience the awe-inspiring power of Godzilla 2023 (Image Color of Attacking Ginza Version) Collectible Figure in your Godzilla collection!
