Mezco Toyz releases new Batman 1989 5-Points action figures

August 27, 2025 by Amie Cranswick

Mezco Toyz has revealed the second wave of its retro-inspired 5 Points action figure line based on Tim Burton’s classic 1989 DC movie Batman, featuring Cape Glide Batman, Museum Mayhem Joker, and an army-building Joker’s Goon. The figures are available now, individually or as a set, and you can check out the official promotional images and details here…

5 Points Batman (1989): Series 2 levels up your Batman collection with all-new features, added parts, and movie-accurate details straight from Tim Burton’s genre-defining superhero film. Each figure comes packed with interchangeable heads, arms, and accessories, giving you two figures in one and more ways to recreate the film’s most unforgettable moments.

Series 2 introduces a brand-new feature for the Joker based on the classic film merch: an alternate portrait that reveals his trademark white clown face when exposed to cold water — a chilling transformation pulled right from the film’s unforgettable reveal.

Each figure comes individually packaged on a retro-style blister card, perfect for both play and display.

5 POINTS BATMAN (1989): SERIES 2 FEATURES

Batman: Includes an open cape for descending upon Gotham’s criminals to strike fear in them. Also included is a standard cape, two portraits, a sets of arms and crime-fighting equipment for multiple play options.

The Joker: Features a cold-water transformation function, just like the classic toy, creating the unforgettable melting make-up at the museum! Also included is an additional portrait and extra parts for more manic mayhem.

Joker Goon: Creates two figures in one! Including parts to build either the Boombox Goon with his portable stereo from the attack on the Flugelheim Museum or the Bell Tower Goon with a hoist hook weapon. Expand Joker’s gang!
