Netflix has released a trailer for I Don’t Expect Anyone to Believe Me, the upcoming crime drama from director Fernando Frias.
Based on Juan Pablo Villalobos’ prize-winning novel, the film follows Juan, a man who plans to travel to Barcelona to study a PhD in Literature, but becomes involved in a criminal network before he leaves which sees his life take an absurd and sinister turn, inspiring him to write the novel of his dreams.
