Netflix shares trailer for Vladimir starring Rachel Weisz and Leo Woodall

February 11, 2026 by Amie Cranswick

Netflix has shared a trailer for Vladimir, the provocative comedy drama series based on Julia May Jonas’ acclaimed novel of the same name.

Rachel Weisz stars as a professor who is bored with her complicated marriage and her career, until she finds her world unravelling when she becomes fixated on her new colleague and sets out to turn even her most scandalous fantasies into a reality.

Joining Weisz in the cast are Leo Woodall, John Slattery, Jessica Henwick, Ellen Robertson, Kayli Carter, Mirian Silverman, Mallori Johnson, Matt Walsh, Tattiawna Jones, Louise Lambert.

When a passionate but reckless professor’s world begins to unravel, she finds herself dangerously fixated on her magnetic new colleague. Seduction and obsession collide in Vladimir—a provocative limited series brimming with forbidden desires, razor-sharp wit, and charismatic, unpredictable characters. As boundaries blur and secrets simmer, she’ll risk everything to bring her most scandalous fantasies to life.

Vladimir lands on Netflix on March 5th.
