New 7 Days to Die Alpha 17 video covers new attribute

October 16, 2018 by Andrew Newton

Joel Huenink brings us a new Alpha 17 development video for 7 Days to Die today and provides a closer look at the new Intellect attribute.  Intellect is a new attribute that covers a variety of perks that will improve crafting quality and increase experience gains.

Perks under the Intellect attribute starts with Better Barter which will provide better deals when buying and selling with traders and also provide better options in the secret stash.  The Charismatic Nature perk is one that will inspire allies and provide increases to block and entity damage.

The Intellect attribute also covers crafting perks such as Hammer and Forge which gives access to iron tools and weapons, workbenches, steel tools and armour, Yeah Science which provides the ability to craft chem stations, ammo and fuels, and Physician which will allow the crafting of bandages, 1st aid kits and even steroids.

Two new perks which will certainly be ones to invest in are Master Chef and Grease Monkey.  Master Chef provides access to better food recipes that protect from elements and diseases and provides boosts to stats.  Grease Monkey will provide the ability to create bikes and minibikes at their lowest tiers to motorised tools, 4×4 vehicles and even the most anticipated of vehicles.

Leave a comment below and share your thoughts on this new attribute.
