New gameplay trailer revealed for shoot ’em up BE-A Walker

July 26, 2019 by Andrew Newton

PlayWay and developer Tequilabyte Studio have released a new trailer for their upcoming action packed shoot ’em up BE-A Walker.  If any veteran gamers remember the classic Amiga title Walker then they will not be disappointed with how this game is looking.  Check out the new trailer below…

In BE-A Walker, the Earth is dying and humanity has set out into the vastness of space to seek a new planet to colonise.  The planet Eldorado is an ideal candidate for colonisation apart from the poisonous atmosphere and the native race of warlike humanoid creatures, the scientists can take care of the atmosphere but it’s up to the players to get into the cockpit of the battle mech “BE-A Walker” (Biped Enhanced Assault Walker) and defeat the indigenous tribes.

Although as a human you are fully encouraged to end the war by defeating the natives of Eldarado, it is not the only way to bring the conflict to a close.  Players also have the option to, in true Avatar fashion, side with the natives and prevent the human invaders.  Whichever side you choose, controlling the walker is still the same, raise up one leg, move it then repeat while at the same time smashing the enemies with superior weaponry.

BE-A Walker features:

  • Seamlesly generated world.
  • Lack of loot-boxes.
  • The weirdest and most cruel walking simulator out there.
  • Upgrade your mech and weapons to become more dangerous.
  • Defeat the natives or lead them in their effort to protect their homeworld.

Look out for more news on BE-A Walker coming in the future.  Add it to your Steam wishlist here.
