New update arrives for Hypatia

September 26, 2018 by Andrew Newton

Developer TimeFire VR have released a brand new update for their free-to-play social game, Hypatia adding tons of new content for players.  This update features four new avatar sets and a complete overhaul of the boat racing.

As mentioned, this update includes four new avatar packs – these sets start with two food themed sets, the Treat Set, and the Fast Food Set; second is the Elements Set and finally is the Robobo Set.  This takes Hypatia’s avatar sets up to 19 and provides more than 130 parts to allow players to mix and match to create their own avatar.

Hypatia‘s boat racing feature has received a complete overhaul to make for an exhilarating racing experience.  Players can take part in teams of three and compete against others for a chance to get to the top of the leaderboard and show off their skills.  Prizes for participating in races will include in-game currency and experience points.

TimeFire VR are always working on enhancing the world of Hypatia and players can gain a peek into what is coming by purchasing a travel ticket for unlimited trips to the Testing area.  In this location players can test out all the upcoming features and provide feedback to the developers.

Hypatia is available now for Windows PC for free through Steam and the Oculus Store.
