Path of Exile finally receives a PlayStation 4 release date

March 13, 2019 by Liam Waddington

Grinding Gear Games has finally announced Path of Exile is arriving on PlayStation 4 on 26th March.

The award-winning, free-to-play action RPG launches on the Sony platform alongside the latest expansion, Synthesis.

Originally planned for release back in December 2018, Path of Exile received multiple delays due to certification issues, which pushed the game back to February 2019 and then back further to March 2019.

The Synthesis expansion introduces a new progression system, areas, challenges and brings back the Betrayal System to the core game.

Path of Exile was first released on PC in 2013, followed by Xbox One four years later in August 2017. Due to popular demand, Grinding Gears announced a PlayStation 4 port back in November 2018.
