PC modding support coming soon to Hogwarts Legacy

January 28, 2025 by Andrew Newton

Those gamers among us who like to tinker with mods for games will be happy to hear that Warner Bros. Games will be supporting PC modding for Hogwarts Legacy from 30th January.  Players who wish to create their own mods can do so with the Hogwarts Legacy Creator Kit from the Epic Games Store.  Watch the new video below for more details on the modding update.

The new video below showcases some of Hogwarts Legacy developer Avalanche Software’s favourite mods, such as the ‘Dungeon of Doom’, an action packed dungeon filled with combat opportunities and hidden secrets.  Players will be able to look forward to all-new broom replacement mods, expanded character creation and more.

The Hogwarts Legacy Creator Kit will enable gamers to mod new quests, dungeons and character enhancements such as cosmetics and skins, and then submit them through the CurseForge platform who will be hosting and moderating the mods.

Players who want to access these mods will need a Steam or Epic Games Store account linked to a Warner Bros. Games account, download the free patch from their game store and download the mod directly from the game’s main menu.

Look out for more new content coming to Hogwarts Legacy on 30th January, courtesy of Warner Bros. Games and the brilliant modders in the community.
