Point and click robotic adventure Growbot coming to Steam next year

April 8, 2020 by Andrew Newton

Ash Games has announced they will be releasing their cute point and click adventure Growbot on Steam in early 2021.  This adorably drawn 2D point and click adventure will have players save a beautiful biopunk space station.  Get a sneak peak at the cute heroine in the trailer below….

In Growbot players follow the story of Nara, a growbot currently in training to become a captain.  When the space station she calls home is attacked by rapidly growing crystals it’s up to Nara to set out and save her home from destruction.

Inspired by classics such as Loom, and modern adventures like Machinarium, this adventure will feature:

  • A beautiful space station to save and strange machinery to repair.
  • Fantastic plants and intriguing aliens to interact with.
  • Challenging and enjoyable puzzles to solve.
  • Collect the sounds of flowers and combine them to create powerful shields.
  • Art by award winning illustrator Lisa Evans.
  • Beautiful music by musician Jessica Fichot.

A point-and-click adventure about a robot saving her home from a dark crystalline force. Set upon a biopunk space station bursting with fantastic plants and aliens.

Growbot is being developed for Windows and Mac and will release on Steam in early 2021.
