Quibi’s star-studded mystery comedy Mapleworth Murders gets a trailer and images

August 7, 2020 by Amie Cranswick

Ahead of its premiere on Quibi this coming Monday, a trailer and images have arrived online for the upcoming comedy series Mapleworth Murders which stars Paula Pell as a mystery writer who solves homicides in her small quaint town.

Joining Pell in the cast are John Lutz, JB Smoove, and Hayley Magnus, along with a host of guest suspects and victimes including Wanda Sykes, Chris Parnell, Terry Crews, Nicole Byer, Jimmy Carlson, Maya Rudolph, Fred Armisen, D’Arcy Carden, Tim Meadows, Jack McBrayer, Pam Murphy, Annie Mumolo, and Ike Barinholtz.

From the creative minds behind SNL and Late Night with Seth Meyers comes MAPLEWORTH MURDERS, a hilarious whodunnit created by, written by and starring Paula Pell and John Lutz, and featuring a “who’s who” of guest suspects and victims. It all leads to a bigger question: why the hell are there so many murderers in one town?

Mapleworth Murders premieres on August 10th on Quibi.
