Reborn 80s classic Bubble Ghost Remake arrives on PS5, Nintendo Switch and PC

SelectaPlay and developer Nakama Game Studio have released Bubble Ghost Remake, a remake of the classic and beloved game from the 1980s. This remake is available on PC via Steam and Epic Games Store, PlayStation 5 and Nintendo Switch, and will have players controlling the adorable little ghost and his bubble through an assortment of puzzle-filled rooms.  Watch the launch trailer below…

Taking control of the cute little spook, Heinrich Von Schinker, players must guide him and his mysterious, but very fragile, bubble through the numerous eerie, puzzle-filled halls of his old enchanted mansion where he created many weird and wonderful contraptions.  Players must blow on their bubble to move it through these rooms and keep it away from the many, many items that can cause it to pop. There’s plenty of mysteries in the old mansion, and players will be able to discover them all as they blow their bubble past spikes, flames and many more hazards.

Veteran players will find this remake has a fresh new look with a whole host of extra features, including new game modes, fierce bosses, collectable and more, that will make them want to spend more time in the captivating world of this lovable little ghost.

Bubble Ghost Remake contains:

  • More than 40 levels filled with deviously designed puzzles.
  • Multiple game modes, including Story, Arcade, Challenge, Speed Run and Classic.
  • Revamped graphics and sound.
  • Secret game modes, collectables and secrets to discover.
  • In-game achievements to collect.
  • Compare scores with players around the world and earn a spot in the “Bubble Ghost Remake” legends in the Hall of Fame.

Bubble Ghost Remake is available now on PC via Steam and the Epic Games Store, Nintendo Switch and Playstation 5 as a digital release.  A standard physical edition and a limited Collector’s Edition are also available for the Nintendo Switch. As well as the game, the Collector’s Edition will contain a variety of goodies, including prequel comic, soundtrack on CD, a selection of character stickers and a special Bubble Ghost Remake acrylic standee.
