Variety is reporting that Ryan Robbins (Falling Skies) has joined the fourth season of The CW’s DC superhero show Arrow in a recurring role.
The site reports that Robbins will make his first appearance in the third episode of season four, and will play a character called Conklin, “a sadistic and ruthless member of Shadowspire who will be an adversary for Oliver (Stephen Amell) in the flashback sequences.”

Arrow returns to The CW for its fourth season starting from October 7th.
