Season 10 of My Hero Ultra Rumble welcomes a new character

March 27, 2025 by Andrew Newton

Season 10 of My Hero Ultra Rumble begins today and sees the arrival of a brand-new character joining the battle, players can say hello to the star of General Studies, Hitoshi Shinso.  Throughout the season, players will be able to enjoy new costumes, events and more.  Watch the new trailer below to see Shinso in action.

Shinso was once quite fearful of his quirk, ‘Brainwashing’, being perceived as a villainous quirk. Fortunately, he has overcome this fear and wishes to use it along with his Binding Cloth and prove himself in battle.  Although he can use his Binding Cloth to carry out physical attacks, his ‘Brainwashing’ ability allows him to control his enemies like puppets.  In combat, Shinso uses his two Special Actions. His “Persona Chords” projects his voice loudly at a target making them unable to move for a set time, and “Persona Command” which forces an enemy to move toward a marker placed by the player.  Shinso comes with two other costumes, “U.A. Track Suit” and “Cyber Hero”.

Talking of costumes, Shinso’s teacher and mentor Shota Aizawa also gets his own new costume – “Silent Warlord”.

Also arriving later in Season 10 is the Layered Equip feature that allows players to set any costume they want for their character’s appearance.  Other costumes and events will arrive during the season.

Look out for more news arriving throughout season 10.
