Star Wars comes to Monopoly Go!

May 2, 2025 by Andrew Newton

Scopely has announced a huge collaboration event between two beloved brands as Star Wars arrives in Monopoly Go!. This crossover event will take players on a two-month adventure that spans the entire Skywalker Saga and The Mandalorian.  A new trailer, as well as a development video of the making of the collaboration, can be seen below…

During this epic event, players will be able to unlock legendary characters from the films and experience a compelling story that begins with Monopoly Go!’s beloved robot Peg-E visiting Mr. Monopoly’s private movie theatre to watch Star Wars. What follows is the daydream to beat all daydreams as she reimagines the Monopoly Go! universe within that galaxy far, far away.

Besides a timeless tale of good and evil, light and dark, players will be able to take part in a series of action-packed in-game events, gather up collectibles and surprises. Players can unlock the limited-time Star Wars GO! album, which features 22 exclusive sticker sets, each revealing a unique Monopoly Go! and Star Wars story inspired by the saga’s most iconic moments. Those players who log in on May the 4th will receive an exclusive token.

This huge crossover brings the fun of fan-favourite Monopoly Go! events to players with a healthy dose of Star Wars adventure, these events include:

  • Pod and Rebel Racers – Race iconic Star Wars vehicles through the Mos Espa Grand Arena and the frozen planet of Hoth in a twist on Monopoly Go!’s high-stakes multiplayer event, Tycoon Racers.
  • Star Wars, Jedi and Hyperspace Partners Events – Players can team up with friends to construct larger-than-life Star Wars-themed statues of iconic characters and spaceships from the Star Wars galaxy, and earn fantastic rewards together.
  • Tatooine, Jawa and Tusken Treasures – Travel to Tatooine in three special dig-themed events and uncover treasures inspired by the films.
  • Collect themed tokens, emojis, signature dice and shields by completing sticker albums and event challenges.

Sign up to Monopoly Go! now and feel the force in this new collaboration event.
